Zero new coronavirus cases confirmed – 10am 14 April 2020

There have been no new tests returned to the Isle of Man this morning. This is due to plane departure times. The Government expects more test results before today’s 4pm briefing. Therefore, since the last update (4pm Monday 13 April) there have been no further confirmed positive tests for coronavirus. 

The total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in the Isle of Man remains at 242.

In total 227 patients have been instructed to self-isolate and 13 are being treated at the hospital. The contact tracing process is already underway led by Public Health.

There have been 2,006 concluded tests, 79 people are awaiting results and 82 people are awaiting tests.

In total 141 individuals are presumed recovered. 

There have been two deaths caused by the coronavirus in the Isle of Man.
