Termination of the fund established in relation to the default of Bank of Credit and Commerce International S.A. (“the Fund”)
In accordance with the provisions contained in the Depositors’ Compensation Schemes (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2014, on 26 February 2015 the Financial Supervision Commission, as Scheme Manager of the Fund, resolved to terminate the Fund forthwith
