Due to the Chistmas lights switch on ceremony, Ridgeway Street (outside Douglas Town Hall), lower Prospect Hill is to be closed between 1800 and 2000 and Ridgeway Street is to be closed from 18:00 up to 2400 on the evening of Thursday 20 November 2014.
