The Commission has been informed by the Department of Home Affairs that the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) Code 2010 (“2010 Code”) and the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering — Online Gambling) Code 2010 were approved by Tynwald on the 14 July 2010. These Codes will come into effect on the 1 September 2010.
