The Department of Infrastructure has this week exchanged the Development Agreement with Developers Askett Hawk for the regeneration of the Lord Street bus station site for a mixed use development comprising a 120 bedroom 4 star hotel, together with serviced apartments and restaurants overlooking the inner harbour and retail on Lord Street together
