The Commission would like to advise licenceholders that some amendments urgently need to be made to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Code 2013 (“2013 Code”). It is proposed that the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) Code 2013 will come into effect on 1 July 2013
