This news release is issued in respect of financial sanctions measures taken against certain persons identified as responsible for the misappropriation of state funds and responsible for the human rights violations in Ukraine.
Following publication of Council Regulation (EU) 2020/370 (“the Amending Regulation), Annex I to Council Regulation (EU) 208/2014 has been amended so that an asset freeze no longer applies to the following entries.
