Following the recent consultation on a draft Collective Investment Schemes (Authorised Schemes) (Trustee and Fiduciary Custodian) Order, the Commission has issued a Summary of consultation responses and final draft legislation (add weblink). It is anticipated that Tynwald will consider the legislation in mid January 2014.
