The Passport, Immigration & Nationality Office is committed to ensuring that the welfare of our customers and staff is top of our priority in these unprecedented time.
We will remain open at this time and continue to process applications for each of our services as normal, however in order to follow the advice and recommendations from Government, we will only operate one public counter which will cover all three services.
The counter is compliant with social distancing guidelines and we ask all customers to respect this and maintain a 2 metre (6 feet) distance between other people in the public area.
Officers will regularly sanitise the counter surface and card payment machine and will use gloves. Please ask for the use of gloves yourself if that is your preference.
Applications
Applications for each of our services can be made in the following ways:
- Post your application to us in the normal mail, whilst the IOM Post continues to deliver; or
- Put your application form and any supporting documents in our post-box by the main entrance of Central Government Office which will be checked regularly during working hours; or
- By visiting the Passport, Immigration & Nationality Office in person.
Application forms can be downloaded and printed from our respective websites.
Payment
If you wish to pay over the telephone, please provide up to date contact details on your application form and an officer will call you to arrange payment by either credit or debit card. We respectfully ask customers not to pay by cash or cheques in order to avoid potential contamination.
