The Department of Infrastructure’s Road Traffic and Highways (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill 2011 is currently with the United Kingdom Ministry of Justice awaiting royal assent. Contained within the Bill are several clauses that require regulations to define various powers to be introduced once the Bill is enacted.
