Changes to income support for lone parents

The Department will shortly be seeking Tynwald approval to changes which will mean that lone parents with older children will no longer qualify for income support simply because they are a lone parent. The changes will require lone parents to look for work once the child reaches the age of 12 rather than 16 and also that lone parents whose children
