Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Handbook (“AML/CFT Handbook”)
These amendments have been made as a result of the coming into force of the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) Code on 1 July 2013 which makes some minor changes to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Code 2013 (“2013 Code”).
