All Social Security Counter Services Suspended
Social Security counter services at Markwell House in Douglas and Ramsey Town Hall have been closed until further notice.
Most visits to the counter are by people submitting claims to benefits, and this can be done by post – Social Security Offices, Markwell House, Market Street, Douglas, IM1 2RZ – or by using the Markwell House letter box.

The Social Security team are dealing with an exceptionally high volume of calls and emails at the moment and have asked that callers be patient and keep calling if they can’t get through first time.
