The Department of Social Care, residents and invited guests celebrated the completion of the latest phase of redevelopment today (Friday) at Clagh Vane in Ballasalla by the unveiling of a memorial plaque by Department member Richard Ronan MHK and inspecting some of the 33 new apartments and bungalows in Cooyrt Drine and Cooyrt Shellagh.
