The Insurance and Pensions Authority has issued for consultation the Insurance (Fees) Regulations 2013 and the Registered Schemes Administrators (Fees) Order 2013. A copy of the consultation paper, draft Regulations and Order can be found on the consultation page of the Authority’s website. Comments are invited from interested parties.
