The Department of Infrastructure advises that the final phases of the works will commence in Onchan on Monday 3rd December 2012 resurfacing Main Road, part of Royal Avenue, and part of Kelvin Road, working under night-time road closures from 1800-0000 hrs on weekday evenings.
