Following detailed negotiation within the Whitley Council in respect of the Employees’ Side pay claim for 2010-11, the two Sides to the negotiations failed to reach agreement. It was agreed that the matter be referred to the Industrial Relations Officer for conciliation in accordance with Clause 20 of the Whitley Council Constitution.
